We Are Mortgages Ltd provides whole of market mortgage and protection advice. We are an Appointed Representative of Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our FCA reference number is 801450.
We charge a standard broker fee of £599, payable on application. If paid within 48 hours of your first appointment, the fee is reduced to £499. Upon payment, you become a member of We Are Mortgages and will receive a 50% discount on our standard mortgage application fees for all future mortgage applications, based on the fees applicable at that time. In cases involving adverse credit or specialist lending, an additional fee of up to £995 may apply and will always be agreed with you in advance. No fee is payable unless you proceed.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. A mortgage is a loan secured against your property.
